Welcome to Visagram. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Visagram website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Visagram, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. User Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.

Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. User Content

Ownership:You retain all ownership rights to the photos, videos, text, and other materials you post on Visagram (“User Content”).

License to Visagram: By posting User Content, you grant Visagram a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating, developing, and providing the Service.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you post and ensure you have all necessary rights to share it.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using Visagram, you agree not to:

• Post illegal, abusive, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• Impersonate others or provide misleading information.
• Engage in spam, phishing, or automated scraping of the Service.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content), including all associated intellectual property rights, trademarks, and logos, are and will remain the exclusive property of Visagram.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visagram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this document or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
